Payments

AMARC accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as payment on orders. Customers may mail in a personal check, money order, or bank check.

Shipping Charges

AMARC ships its product UPS Overnight, Second Day Delivery or Ground Delivery and requires a signature upon receipt. Charge is based on the weight of your package and the zone or country in which you live.

Please note that Overnight and Second Day deliveries refer to business days, Saturday, Sundays and Holidays excluded. COD, Saturday and International delivery orders are subject to an additional charge please call for further details. COD's are not allowed on first orders.

Product Returns

Please call AMARC for a Return Authorization Number. This number must be marked on the outside of the package of product being returned. Shipments back to AMARC should be made by a traceable method i.e. Airborne Express or UPS. AMARC is not responsible for lost packages of product being returned to us.

Unopened product returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in full less shipping and handling. Unopened product returned within 60-90 days of purchase is subject to a 15% restocking fee. AMARC will not accept product returned after 90 days of purchase or refund opened product.
